T-Test of Agility to Measure Agility Level. This article is about the T-Test of Agility to measure the components of physical fitness, namely agility. Having previously been posted about agility tests with the 505 Agility Test and the Illinois Agility Test. Perhaps we are not familiar with the T-Test of Agility, which is a kind of test to measure agility. Usually T-Test of Agility is used to test the ability to change direction from straight to right side, from forward to backward.

Procedure for T-Test of Agility

Way to do :
A. Objective: to test agility in which there is forward, side and backward movement.
B. Tools needed: cone and stopwatch

C. Implementation of the test: attach some kun in accordance with the existing picture beside. Subjects start from cone A. When there is a cue from the timekeeper, the subject sprints to cone B and touches the B cone with the right hand. Then turn left to the left with a sideways motion and touch cone C with your left hand. Then immediately move sideways in the right direction to cone D and touch cone D with your right hand. The subject then performs a sideways movement to cone B and touches cone B with his left hand, keeps running to cone A. Stopwatch stops after the subject goes past cone A.

D. Scoring: the subject fails if it does not touch cone, does not arrive at cone and moves before there is a command. Subject given 3 times chance, taken the best time of 3 times the opportunity. Once in can the best time of 3 times do, then viewed the quality of agility through the norm table below.

We can know the agility level by using T-Test of Agility. This test is very suitable for the type of sport that has the characteristics of movement to the right and left side and movement forward and backward.
